One day i asked God.. my i have a piece of the pie? a couple of days later while out to lunch an error in my meal resulted in me getting a free slice of Dutch Apple pie. imagine Dutch apple pie v/s American Apple pie. 

 I then prayed Dear god.. although you did answered my prayer, that was not what i was asking about. How do i ask you for this without getting apple pie, ( a stupid question got me a stupid answer) i.e "No answer at all" .

Either Dutch or American. Whats the diffrents you say? Hell if i know. but what i do know is that niether one of them ( Dutch or American) apple pie, got me a home or a car, it didn;'t make it possible for me to buy what i wanted when i want it.

So after much soul searching i came to the the conclusion that i needed to work this out for my self.. that after all my pray was answered. so i went on with life working hard and got somewhat of a piece of the pie. it was not sweet, it was tough, and not quite the flavor i wanted. It's been a long haul... Next time i'll be careful what i ask for. and be more specific.

Dear God, can you give me (for free, no hard work) the following items

1) peace of mind

2) a home, with no leaks in the roof

3)a car that works ... well  

4) a easy job... that pays good...real good.

5) a open invite to ask for more
